Village In the Pines is one of Sarasota’s most highly sought after 55 and older communities. We are a very active and friendly neighborhood, with a great pool, activity center and social events nestled in a private and quiet community. We are close to shopping, restaurants and only a few miles from Siesta Key, which is frequently rated the top beach in the United States and our neighborhood is a mix of both full time and seasonal residents.
We hope that this website will help to enhance transparency and offer members a convenient way of finding relevant information with ease. We also hope to offer a platform where current policies and procedures governing the community can be viewed or downloaded. This site is administrated by a volunteer, all publications are reviewed and cleared for publication by the President of the Association. Community members are encouraged to prepare and submit relevant content and may do so by emailing communications@vipcoa.com or using the Contact Us page.
